Ingredients

Salmon

  • 4 fillets salmon fillets (about 6 oz each, skin-on or skinless)
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions 

  • Mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger to make marinade.
  • Marinate salmon for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Remove salmon from marinade, place in air fryer basket, skin-side down if applicable, and cook for 8-10 minutes.
  • Let rest briefly, then garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Ensure not to overcook the salmon for best tenderness.
