A flavorful and easy crockpot dish combining tender chicken, baby potatoes, and a cheesy garlic sauce for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients

baby potatoes, halved

grated parmesan cheese

chicken broth

butter, melted

garlic, minced

italian seasoning
to taste
salt and pepper
chopped parsley
for garnish
Instructions
Place the halved baby potatoes in the bottom of the crockpot.
Mix melted butter, garlic, chicken broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Lay chicken breasts on top of potatoes and pour the garlic butter mixture over everything.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon before serving.
