A flavorful and easy crockpot dish combining tender chicken, baby potatoes, and a cheesy garlic sauce for a satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Main

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions 

  • Place the halved baby potatoes in the bottom of the crockpot.
  • Mix melted butter, garlic, chicken broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Lay chicken breasts on top of potatoes and pour the garlic butter mixture over everything.
  • Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon before serving.
