These savory cheeseburger bombs wrapped in biscuit dough are perfect for a quick, crowd-pleasing appetizer or main dish.

Ingredients

Meat and Cheese

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Seasonings

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste salt and pepper

Dough and Topping

  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt

Garnish

  • as needed fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Mix ground beef, cheddar, parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Flatten biscuits, add beef mixture, seal into balls, and place on baking sheet.
  • Brush with melted butter, sprinkle garlic salt, and bake 15-20 minutes until golden.
  • Garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes

Ensure not to overfill the biscuits to prevent leakage during baking.
