  • 1 pound salmon fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

Instructions 

  • Whisk together honey, garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Marinate salmon for at least 15 minutes.
  • Preheat skillet and add oil.
  • Cook salmon 3-4 minutes per side until caramelized.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon before serving.
