Ingredients

Pasta

  • 8 oz pasta

Ground Beef

  • 1 lb ground beef

Garlic

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

Butter

  • 1/2 cup butter

Heavy Cream

  • 1 cup heavy cream

Parmesan Cheese

  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Salt and Pepper

  • to taste Salt and pepper

Fresh Parsley

  • for garnish Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions 

  • Cook pasta until al dente, then drain.
  • Melt butter in the same pot, sauté garlic for 1-2 minutes.
  • Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  • Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan, then combine with cooked pasta.
  • Season with salt and pepper, garnish with parsley, and serve.

Notes

For a richer flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes or extra Parmesan.
