A flavorful one-pan meal featuring tender chicken, crispy potatoes, and aromatic herbs, all cooked in a garlic butter sauce.

Instructions
Season chicken and potatoes with spices. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Mince garlic and chop herbs.
Heat 2 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet. Sear chicken until golden, then set aside.
Add remaining butter to skillet, sauté potatoes until golden. Push potatoes aside, add garlic and herbs, cook 1 min.
Pour chicken broth, nestle chicken among potatoes, squeeze lemon juice. Roast in oven 15-20 mins until cooked and caramelized.
Rest for 5-10 mins, garnish with parsley, serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
Use fresh herbs for best flavor. Adjust seasoning to taste.
