This easy air fryer recipe lets you cook frozen salmon fillets quickly with a flavorful Dijon maple sauce for a delicious and healthy meal.

Ingredients

Frozen Salmon

  • 3 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper (to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt (to taste)

Instructions 

  • Preheat air fryer to 390°F (200°C) for 3-5 minutes.
  • Place frozen salmon in the basket, brush with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 7 minutes.
  • Mix Dijon mustard, maple syrup, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to make the sauce.
  • Flip salmon halfway, brush with sauce, and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
