A creamy, spicy Cajun chicken Alfredo that combines bold flavors with comforting pasta. Perfect for a satisfying dinner.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 2 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Pasta

  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta

Sauce

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • for garnish fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions 

  • Rub chicken with Cajun seasoning and cook in a skillet over medium-high heat for 6-7 minutes per side. Rest and slice.
  • Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
  • Sauté minced garlic in the same skillet, then add heavy cream and simmer. Stir in Parmesan until smooth.
  • Add cooked pasta to sauce, season with salt and pepper, then top with sliced chicken and garnish with parsley.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle additional Cajun seasoning or fresh herbs before serving.
