Ingredients

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and place the gluten-free pizza crust on a baking tray or pizza pan.
  • Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes, or until slightly golden and firm. Let it cool completely before adding toppings.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled pizza crust, creating a smooth base for the fruit toppings.
  • Arrange the blueberries in the top left corner of the pizza to create the ‘stars’ section of the flag.
  • Place alternating rows of raspberries and banana slices across the remaining surface of the pizza to create the ‘stripes’ of the flag.
  • Add sliced strawberries to fill in gaps or enhance the design as needed.
  • Chill the assembled fruit pizza in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes to set the cream cheese topping.
  • Slice and serve your patriotic flag fruit pizza immediately or store in the refrigerator until ready to enjoy.

Notes

Feel free to substitute fruits based on availability or preference. For a dairy-free option, use a vegan cream cheese alternative.
