A quick and delicious chicken quesadilla perfect for family dinners or casual gatherings.
Ingredients
Chicken and Vegetables

Instructions
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet, sauté onions and peppers until softened.
Mix shredded chicken with cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Cook folded tortillas in skillet until golden and cheese melts, about 2-3 minutes per side.
