A hearty and cheesy lasagna made with wide egg noodles and a rich meat sauce, perfect for family dinners.

Ingredients

Pasta and Grains

  • 6-1/2 cups uncooked wide egg noodles
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1-1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 2-1/4 cups spaghetti sauce
  • 6 ounces Velveeta, cubed
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions 

  • Cook noodles according to package; drain. Toss with butter.
  • Cook beef until no longer pink; drain. Layer sauce, noodles, beef, and cheeses in slow cooker, repeating layers.
  • Cover and cook on low for 3 hours until cheese melts and dish is heated through.

Notes

For a creamier texture, add a layer of ricotta cheese between layers.
