A creamy, cheesy tuna casserole that's quick to prepare and perfect for a comforting family dinner.

tuna, drained

cream cheese, softened

sour cream

milk

shredded cheddar cheese

grated Parmesan cheese

onion, finely chopped

lemon juice

frozen peas (optional)

crushed buttery crackers or French fried onions

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch dish.
Cook noodles 1 minute less than package; drain. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, milk, and seasonings until smooth.
Stir in tuna, peas, and lemon juice. Add noodles and toss to coat.
Transfer to dish, top with crushed crackers and melted butter. Bake 25–30 minutes until bubbly.
Let cool 5 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a dash of hot sauce or paprika before baking.
