A delicious and healthy vegetarian dish featuring jumbo pasta shells filled with spinach and ricotta, baked to perfection with marinara sauce.

fresh spinach, chopped

shredded mozzarella cheese, divided

marinara sauce
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook shells until al dente, then drain.
Mix spinach, ricotta, half mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Spread a thin layer of marinara in a baking dish. Stuff shells with filling and place in dish.
Pour remaining marinara over shells, sprinkle with remaining mozzarella, cover, and bake 25 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 more minutes.
Let cool briefly before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
You can add extra vegetables or cheese for more flavor.
