These sheet pan steak fajitas are a quick and easy weeknight meal. Simply toss everything on a sheet pan and bake for a delicious and customizable dinner.

  • 1.5 lbs skirt steak (thinly sliced)
  • 1 large bell pepper (any color, sliced)
  • 1 large onion (sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fajita seasoning

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Toss steak, bell pepper, and onion with olive oil, fajita seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread the mixture evenly on a large baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until steak is cooked and vegetables are tender.
  • Serve immediately with warm tortillas and your favorite toppings.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the steak for at least 30 minutes before cooking.
