(to taste)
1

olive oil
1
cup
cooked rice (white or brown)
1

cherry tomatoes
(halved)
1
cup

1/2

1/4

1/4
cup
mayonnaise
1
tablespoon
mustard
1
tablespoon
ketchup
1
teaspoon
Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
While the skillet is heating, form the ground beef into 4 equal balls.
Once the skillet is hot, place the beef balls in the skillet, spacing them apart.
Using a spatula, smash each beef ball down to form a patty, about 1/2 inch thick.
Season the patties generously with salt and pepper.
Cook for about 3-4 minutes on one side until browned, then flip and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the desired doneness is reached.
While the patties are cooking, prepare the bowls by dividing the cooked rice among 4 bowls.
Top each bowl of rice with shredded lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, diced pickles, shredded cheddar cheese, and diced red onion.
Once the patties are done, place a smashed burger on top of each bowl.
In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce to create a sauce.
Drizzle the sauce over each burger bowl and serve immediately.
