Ingredients

Pasta

  • 8 oz spaghetti

Protein

  • 2 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Sauce

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese

Seasonings

  • to taste salt and pepper

Garnish

  • for garnish fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions 

  • Cook spaghetti according to package; drain.
  • Season chicken with salt and pepper; cook in skillet until golden and cooked through, then slice.
  • Sauté garlic in olive oil, add heavy cream and Parmesan, stir until smooth.
  • Add pasta and chicken to sauce, toss to coat.
  • Season to taste, garnish with parsley, and serve.

Notes

Use freshly grated Parmesan for best flavor.
