A quick and flavorful dish featuring tender chicken coated in a sweet honey sesame sauce, perfect for a satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions chopped

Instructions 

  • Mix honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger to make the sauce.
  • Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  • Cook chicken in a skillet until browned and cooked through.
  • Pour sauce over chicken and stir to coat.
  • Sprinkle sesame seeds, cook 2-3 minutes, then garnish with green onions.
  • Serve over cooked rice.

Notes

Use fresh garlic and ginger for best flavor.
