Ingredients

Chicken

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  • Mix honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, and garlic.
  • Combine cornstarch and water to make a slurry.
  • Cook chicken in a skillet until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Add honey mixture, then stir in slurry until thickened.
  • Sprinkle sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
