  • 1 pound beef sausage (Italian, chicken, or your choice)
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 red onion (chopped)

Honey Garlic Sauce

  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  • Toss sausage and vegetables with honey garlic sauce.
