This delicious oven-baked salmon is coated in a sweet and savory honey garlic glaze, perfect for a quick and healthy dinner.

Ingredients

Salmon

  • 4 fillets salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

  • Rest briefly, garnish with green onions, and serve.
