This quick and flavorful salmon recipe combines honey, garlic, and butter for a delicious meal cooked entirely in one pan.

  • 4 fillets salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • 1 lemon lemon, sliced

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Melt butter in a skillet, sauté garlic for 1 minute.
  • Add honey and soy sauce, cook for 1 minute.
  • Season salmon, place in skillet, coat with sauce, add lemon slices.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, garnish with parsley, serve.
