This delicious baked salmon is coated in a sweet and savory honey garlic butter sauce, perfect for a quick and flavorful dinner.

  • 4 fillets salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • to taste salt and pepper (for seasoning)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Mix honey, melted butter, garlic, soy sauce, and lemon juice.
  • Season salmon with salt and pepper, place in baking dish, and pour sauce over.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through and flaky.
  • Garnish with parsley if desired. Serve hot.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the salmon in the sauce for 30 minutes before baking.
