tomato puree (15 oz)

Instructions
Mix yogurt, lemon juice, spices, and marinate chicken for 30 minutes.
Sauté onions in 2 tbsp butter until golden. Add garlic and ginger, cook 1 minute.
Add marinated chicken and cook until browned. Stir in tomato puree and reserved marinade, simmer 15 minutes.
Reduce heat, stir in heavy cream and remaining butter, cook 5 minutes until thickened.
Season with salt, garnish with cilantro, and serve with rice or naan.
Notes
For a milder flavor, reduce chili powder; for extra richness, add more cream.
