Instructions
Cook ground turkey in a skillet until browned; season and set aside.
In the same skillet, cook diced potatoes in olive oil until browned and tender.
Return turkey to skillet, add tomato sauce, water, garlic, herbs, and seasonings; stir to combine.
Simmer covered for 5 minutes until potatoes are cooked through.
Adjust seasonings if needed and serve warm.
