Instructions
Sauté diced onion and minced garlic until fragrant.
Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
Stir in carrots, peas, corn, tomato paste, broth, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Spread mashed potatoes over the cooked filling, top with grated cheese, and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes until golden.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
You can substitute sweet potato mash for regular mashed potatoes for a healthier twist.
