Ingredients

Meat

  • 1 pound ground beef

Vegetables

  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 onion onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Sauté onion and garlic until translucent, then add ground beef and cook until browned.
  • Add potatoes, beef broth, salt, pepper, and paprika; bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20-25 minutes until potatoes are tender.
  • Stir in frozen peas and cook for 5 more minutes. Serve hot.
