A quick and delicious twist on classic grilled cheese, wrapped into a hearty burrito with melted cheeses and optional beef.
Ingredients
Tortillas
4pieceslarge flour tortillas
2cupsshredded cheddar cheese
1cupshredded mozzarella cheese
1cupcooked and seasoned ground beef (optional)
1/2cupsour cream
1/4cupdiced tomatoes
1/4cupdiced onions
1tablespoonbutter
Instructions
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Place a tortilla in the skillet, add cheese on half, then add beef, sour cream, tomatoes, and onions if desired. Fold and cook until golden, 2-3 mins each side.
Remove, cool slightly, then slice. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
