A quick and delicious twist on classic grilled cheese, wrapped into a hearty burrito with melted cheeses and optional beef.

Ingredients

Tortillas

  • 4 pieces large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup cooked and seasoned ground beef (optional)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions 

  • Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Place a tortilla in the skillet, add cheese on half, then add beef, sour cream, tomatoes, and onions if desired. Fold and cook until golden, 2-3 mins each side.
  • Remove, cool slightly, then slice. Repeat with remaining ingredients.

Notes

Feel free to add more vegetables or adjust cheese types for variation.
