A quick and delicious twist on the classic grilled cheese, wrapped into a hearty burrito perfect for any meal.

Ingredients

Tortillas

  • 4 pieces large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup cooked and seasoned ground beef (optional)
  • 0.5 cup cooked rice (optional)
  • 0.25 cup diced tomatoes (optional)
  • 0.25 cup sour cream (for serving)

Instructions 

  • Sprinkle cheese and optional fillings on half of each tortilla, fold in half.
  • Preheat skillet, add butter or spray, and cook folded burrito for 3-4 minutes until golden.
  • Flip and cook other side for 3-4 minutes until crispy and cheese melts.
  • Remove, cool slightly, then slice and serve with sour cream.
