A quick and delicious twist on the classic grilled cheese, wrapped into a hearty burrito perfect for any meal.
Ingredients
Tortillas

large flour tortillas

shredded cheddar cheese

shredded mozzarella cheese

cooked and seasoned ground beef
(optional)

Instructions
Sprinkle cheese and optional fillings on half of each tortilla, fold in half.
Preheat skillet, add butter or spray, and cook folded burrito for 3-4 minutes until golden.
Flip and cook other side for 3-4 minutes until crispy and cheese melts.
Remove, cool slightly, then slice and serve with sour cream.
