Ingredients
Tortillas

large flour tortillas

shredded cheddar cheese

shredded mozzarella cheese

black beans, rinsed and drained

Instructions
Mix cheeses, rice, beans, tomatoes, salt, and pepper.
Spread half of mixture on one tortilla, fold, and roll.
Repeat with second tortilla.
