boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Garlic

Instructions
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Season chicken with salt and pepper. Cook in a skillet with olive oil for 6-7 minutes per side. Rest and slice.
Sauté garlic in the same skillet for 1-2 minutes. Add cherry tomatoes and spinach; cook until wilted.
Return sliced chicken and pasta to skillet. Add Parmesan cheese and toss to combine. Garnish with parsley.
