Ingredients

Pasta

  • 8 oz linguine pasta

Dairy

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Seasonings

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste salt and pepper

Liquids

  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

Garnish

  • chopped parsley chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions 

  • Cook linguine according to package; drain.
  • Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add chicken and season with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; cook until browned, 5-7 mins.
  • Stir in garlic, cook 1 min, then add broth; simmer 3 mins.
  • Stir in cream and Parmesan, then toss with cooked pasta; garnish with parsley.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle with additional parsley or grated cheese before serving.
