A quick and flavorful pasta dish featuring tender chicken in a creamy butter sauce, perfect for busy nights.

Ingredients

Pasta

  • 8 oz linguine pasta

Dairy

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced

Vegetables & Aromatics

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Liquids

  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Fresh Herbs & Cheese

  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Grated Parmesan cheese for serving

Instructions 

  • Cook the linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add diced chicken and season with paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute. Pour in chicken broth and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  • Stir in heavy cream and cook for 2 minutes. Toss cooked pasta with the sauce and chicken. Remove from heat, stir in parsley, and serve with Parmesan.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle additional Parmesan on top before serving.
