8ozlinguine pasta
Dairy
2tablespoonsbutter
1poundboneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
Vegetables & Aromatics
2clovesgarlic, minced
1teaspoonsmoked paprika
1teaspoondried oregano
1/2teaspoonsalt
1/4teaspoonblack pepper
Liquids
1/2cupchicken broth
1/4cupheavy cream
Fresh Herbs & Cheese
1/4cupchopped fresh parsley
Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions
Cook the linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add diced chicken and season with paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute. Pour in chicken broth and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Stir in heavy cream and cook for 2 minutes. Toss cooked pasta with the sauce and chicken. Remove from heat, stir in parsley, and serve with Parmesan.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle additional Parmesan on top before serving.
