A quick and flavorful pasta dish featuring tender chicken in a buttery, spicy sauce, perfect for busy nights.

Ingredients

Pasta

  • 8 oz linguine pasta

Chicken

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces)

Butter

  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter

Garlic

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Spices

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)

Salt and Pepper

  • to taste salt and pepper

Herbs and Citrus

  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 lemon juice of 1 lemon

Cheese

  • for serving grated parmesan cheese

Instructions 

  • Cook linguine until al dente, then drain.
  • Melt butter in a skillet, cook chicken with spices until done.
  • Add garlic, cook 1-2 minutes, then toss with linguine, parsley, and lemon juice.
  • Serve topped with Parmesan cheese.

Notes

Adjust spice level with cayenne pepper to taste.
