Ingredients

Pasta

  • 8 oz linguine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Instructions 

  • Cook linguine until al dente, then drain.
  • Melt butter in a skillet and cook diced chicken with seasonings until cooked through.
  • Add cherry tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Mix in cooked linguine, parsley, and Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
