A quick and delicious bowl combining seasoned salmon, fresh vegetables, and sushi rice for a satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Rice and Water

  • 1 cup sushi rice
  • 1 1/4 cups water

Salmon and Seasoning

  • 1 lb cooked salmon, flaked
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Vegetables and Garnishes

  • 1 avocado avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup edamame, shelled
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Optional

  • seaweed sheets (optional)

Instructions 

  • Rinse rice until water runs clear. Cook rice with water, then let sit covered for 10 minutes.
  • Mix cooked salmon with soy sauce and sesame oil. Assemble bowls with rice, salmon, and vegetables.
  • Top with green onions, sesame seeds, and seaweed if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for best flavor. Adjust toppings to taste.
