Ingredients

Noodles

  • 8 oz lo mein noodles
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions sliced

Instructions 

  • Cook noodles as per package; drain and set aside.
  • Heat oil in a skillet; cook chicken until browned, 5-7 mins.
  • Add vegetables, garlic, ginger; cook 3-4 mins until tender.
  • Mix in noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil; toss well.
  • Cook 2-3 mins until heated through; garnish with green onions.
