A quick and flavorful Chinese-inspired dish featuring tender chicken, fresh vegetables, and savory sauce tossed with noodles.

Ingredients

Noodles

  • 8 oz lo mein noodles
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, snap peas)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions 

  • Cook noodles as per package, drain, and set aside.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a skillet, cook chicken with salt and pepper until browned, about 5-7 mins.
  • Add garlic and vegetables, stir-fry until tender, 3-4 mins.
  • Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil; pour over noodles and toss to combine.
  • Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
