A quick and flavorful Chinese-inspired dish featuring tender chicken, colorful vegetables, and savory noodles.
Ingredients

egg noodles or lo mein noodles
Chicken

boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced thin
Sauces and Oil

Instructions
Cook noodles as per package, drain and set aside.
Marinate chicken with soy and oyster sauces for 15 minutes.
Heat oil, sauté garlic, then cook chicken until browned, 5-7 mins.
Add bell peppers and snow peas, stir-fry 3-4 mins.
Mix in noodles, season, garnish with green onions, and serve.
