Ingredients

Noodles

  • 8 oz lo mein noodles

Protein

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced

Vegetables

  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets

Aromatics & Oils

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Sauces & Seasonings

  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • to taste salt and pepper

Garnish

  • 2 green onions green onions, chopped

Instructions 

  • Cook noodles as per package, drain, and set aside.
  • Heat oil in a skillet, cook chicken until browned, then add garlic and vegetables, stir-fry until tender.
  • Add noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil; toss to combine.
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes to meld flavors, season with salt and pepper.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.

Notes

Feel free to add other vegetables or adjust seasonings to taste.
