Ingredients

Noodles

  • 8 oz wide rice noodles
  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced

Vegetables and sauces

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper sliced bell pepper
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili paste (adjust for spice level)
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Fresh herbs and lime

  • to taste fresh basil leaves
  • for serving lime wedges

Instructions 

  • Cook noodles as per package; drain and set aside.
  • Heat oil in a wok; sauté garlic until fragrant.
  • Add chicken; cook until browned, then add vegetables and stir-fry.
  • Mix soy, oyster, fish sauces, chili paste, and sugar; add to noodles and toss.
  • Stir in basil; serve with lime wedges.
