A quick and delicious cherry cobbler made with canned cherries and cake mix, perfect for a comforting dessert.

Ingredients

Canned Cherry Filling

  • 2 cans cherry pie filling
  • 0.5 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 10 tablespoons unsalted butter (cut into 24 pieces)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a 9x13 inch dish.
  • Add cherry filling to dish, sprinkle with cinnamon and vanilla, and stir to combine.
  • Cover cherries with cake mix and evenly distribute butter slices on top.
  • Bake for 45-55 minutes until golden brown. Cool for 10 minutes before serving.
