4cupsbread cubes(4 slices white bread and 4 slices wheat bread)
1/3cupraisins(or dried cranberries or cherries)
4pieceseggs
2-1/2cupsmilk
1/2cupsugar
1teaspoonvanilla
1/2teaspooncinnamon
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 12x9-inch casserole dish.
Layer bread cubes and raisins in the dish.
Beat eggs in a bowl, then stir in milk, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon.
Pour the egg mixture over the bread, ensuring all pieces are coated.
Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden and set.
Notes
You can substitute dried cranberries or cherries for raisins for variation.
