1.25poundsirloin steak(or you can use another cut like skirt steak or flank steak)
1tspcumin
0.5tspchili powder
0.5tsppaprika
0.25tspcayenne pepper
1largesweet onion(sliced)
3garlic cloves(minced)
1red bell pepper(sliced)
1green bell pepper(sliced)
Salt and pepper(to taste)
Instructions
Heat skillet over high heat, add 1 tbsp olive oil.
Mix steak seasonings, sprinkle on steak.
Sear steak 3-5 minutes per side. Transfer to plate.
Reduce heat to medium, add 1 tbsp olive oil.
Saute onions and garlic 1-2 minutes, add bell peppers, saute 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat.
Slice steak, mix with onions and bell peppers.
