A quick and hearty dish combining tender beef, flavorful gravy, and egg noodles for a satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Pasta

  • 2 cups uncooked egg noodles

Meat

  • 1 pound lean ground beef

Vegetables

  • 1 medium onion (chopped)
  • 2-3 cloves garlic (minced)

Sauces & Seasonings

  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • to taste Salt & pepper

Instructions 

  • Cook egg noodles in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
  • Brown ground beef and onion in a skillet over medium-high heat, then add garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and Italian seasoning; cook for 1 minute.
  • Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes, then gradually add beef broth, stirring until thickened.
  • Add cooked noodles to the skillet, toss to combine, season with salt and pepper, and serve.

Notes

You can add vegetables like peas or carrots for extra flavor and nutrition.
