A quick and delicious homemade beef and broccoli stir-fry that rivals takeout, perfect for a satisfying weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
Meat

beef sirloin, thinly sliced
Vegetables

cups
broccoli florets
Sauces & Condiments

soy sauce

tablespoons
oyster sauce

tablespoon
cornstarch

vegetable oil

cloves
garlic, minced

ginger, minced

beef broth
Seasonings

Instructions
Marinate beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch for 15 minutes.
Heat oil in a skillet, cook beef 3-4 minutes until browned, then set aside.
Sauté garlic and ginger, add broccoli and beef broth, cover and steam 2-3 minutes.
Return beef to skillet, cook 1-2 minutes, season with salt and pepper.
Serve hot over cooked rice.
Notes
Use fresh broccoli for best texture and flavor.
