A quick and delicious stir-fry that combines tender beef with crisp broccoli in a savory sauce, perfect for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients

beef sirloin, thinly sliced
Vegetables

broccoli florets

soy sauce

oyster sauce

Instructions
Marinate beef with 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp cornstarch, salt, and pepper for 15 minutes.
Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a skillet, cook beef until browned (2-3 min), then set aside.
Add remaining oil, garlic, and ginger; stir-fry 30 seconds.
Add broccoli; stir-fry 2-3 minutes until tender-crisp.
Return beef to skillet, add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and beef broth; cook 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
Serve over cooked rice.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a splash of sesame oil or sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
