A quick and delicious homemade beef and broccoli stir-fry that rivals takeout, perfect for a satisfying weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
Meat

lb
flank steak, thinly sliced
Vegetables
2
cups
broccoli florets
Sauces & Condiments

tablespoons
soy sauce
2
tablespoons
oyster sauce
1
tablespoon
cornstarch
Cooking Oil

tablespoons
vegetable oil
Aromatics

cloves
garlic, minced

teaspoon
ginger, minced
Seasoning
to taste
salt and pepper

Instructions
Marinate beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch for 15-30 minutes.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a skillet, stir-fry beef for 3-4 minutes, then set aside.
Add remaining oil, sauté garlic and ginger for 30 seconds, then add broccoli and cook 3-4 minutes.
Return beef to skillet, stir to combine, cook for 2 more minutes, season with salt and pepper, serve over rice.
Notes
Use fresh garlic and ginger for best flavor. Adjust seasoning to taste.
