This quick and flavorful beef and broccoli stir-fry is a perfect weeknight dinner that rivals takeout.
Ingredients
Meat

lb
flank steak, sliced thinly against the grain
Vegetables

cups
broccoli florets
Sauces & Oils

soy sauce

tablespoons
oyster sauce

tablespoon
cornstarch

tablespoon
vegetable oil

cloves
garlic, minced

teaspoon
ginger, minced

beef broth

sesame oil

Instructions
Marinate beef with 1 tbsp soy sauce and cornstarch for 15 minutes.
Cook beef in hot oil until browned, then remove and set aside.
Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
Add broccoli and stir-fry 2-3 minutes.
Return beef, add remaining soy sauce, oyster sauce, beef broth, and sesame oil. Cook 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
Serve hot over cooked rice.
Notes
Use thinly sliced beef for quick cooking and tender results.
