Ingredients

Salmon

  • 4 fillets salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • to taste salt and pepper (for seasoning)
  • chopped green onions optional green onions for garnish

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Place salmon in baking dish and coat with the mixture.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until flaky.
  • Garnish with green onions and serve.
