A flavorful and creamy peri-peri chicken served over tender rice, perfect for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients

peri-peri sauce

heavy cream

olive oil

onion, chopped

cloves
garlic, minced

chicken broth

long-grain rice

water

Instructions
Marinate chicken in peri-peri sauce for 30 minutes.
Cook onion and garlic in olive oil until translucent, then add chicken and brown on both sides.
Add chicken broth, simmer for 15 minutes, then remove chicken.
Stir in heavy cream and simmer until sauce thickens, then slice chicken and return to sauce.
Cook rice in water until tender, then serve chicken over rice garnished with parsley.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken longer or add a dash of hot sauce.
